This site is the most popular gay torrent site as far as I know and its still alive and kicking.

Every 1st of the month, you can register for an account, so there is an open door to check if your content is there.

So why is it still there? Do studios simply not care and only moan these days?

Its fairly easy to find out who is behind the site, at least, the part that processes the donations for that site, which is mindandmagic.com, and uses a Paypal donate button (of all things!!!)

The whois for that domain is not private, and the owner is located in Germany. So hiding behind "its a Russian site so we can't touch it" is bogus...

The domain gaytorrent.ru is registered via eurodns.com with their local presense service, I'm sure writing them will have at least the DNS pulled...

I see sponsor ads with affiliate codes, KeithManheim.com and adbrite.com text ads being amongst them.

I am just writing this down as I think the adult community in general should stand up and make a fist to all these thieves instead of the current puzzled "what can we do about it" behavior.

With the info above, there are so many ways to go after their/his income, and that is the way you should go. Do not focus on getting your content down, focus on getting their income down!

Edit: could not change the title anymore but its gaytorrent.ru (no plural)
