We run an ebook affiliate program through CCBill and there non-adult processing company ECSuite works quite well for us

What does ECSuite charge? Can I sell adult ebooks through it?
Basically I can't or won't pay the visa fee..
CCNOW was pricey, but it was a bigger percentage of sales instead of upfront costs.. .

I am not certain but I also do not think there is a Visa fee for ebooks.

What type of 'adult' ebook are you talking about?

For example http://www.orgasmpleasures.com and http://www.penisadvance.com are classified as non-adult by ECSuite and CCBill so we did not have to pay the Visa fee!

I can tell you now that Penis Advance is actually converting at 1:67 on PURE se traffic and can post stats screengrabs to prove it if you would like
