![]() I'm sitting here watching the Phillies game (GO PHILS!!!) and this TV service is on my last nerve.
Its at least once every 10 minutes the sound will cut out for maybe a second or two. During the day, it seems like its every 2-3 minutes the picture and sound will cut out. The TV will go either red/blueish color, then back to the picture and the sound will kick back in, or the picture will freeze and the sound will continue for a second or two... really annoying. Ive had Verizon out here at least 5 times now and they are coming again tomorrow. Ive been told its my TV (LMAO right) and some reason Samsung LCDs + Verizon = not friends. I have a Poineer plasma with the same problem in the bedroom, so it know its BS. Then I was told it was the HDMI cable I had, which is a $100 cable from Monster. So they brought another one out same problem. Last guy came with component cables and said it would fix it. I had him sit on the couch and did it a few times while he was here. They've replaced the DVR's, cables and even the coaxial cable from the wall... still problems. Some "service tech" is supposed to come out tomorrow, but I have a feeling it will be the same issue again. After the run out of things to blame, the say its the wiring in the walls, which is 100% BS because i had no problem with Comcast and they ran a wire straight box to the TV. Anyone else having these problems? I'm thinking of canceling because of it and getting Dish or Direct TV (F! comcast).

Your life is funny.
Blame it on your cat. Pretty sure it is responsible. If not it could very well be wiring in the house, or perhaps just some people fucking with the line via theft. Then again it could be a connection issue between the pole and your house. However I still think it is your cat or a ghost.

![]() ![]() I know they are getting a lot of complaints from other people in the area. I called to complain the 2nd time and they gave me a $50 credit on my account. The one lady said there is a LOT of people that have it in my apt complex. They run a good deal against comcast... about 2/3rds the price and more channels and faster Internet, but IMO they dont have enough bandwidth to handle the amount of people that bought it
