Microsoft Stocks on the Rise...
Anyone buying or Selling?
Is it Bing or Windows 7 that's giving them the boost?

I been selling some of my shares last few weeks to take gains but still holding. Will buy again when it drops.
Have you been buying anything lately? |

Until it breaks over 30 it is still stuck in the same range it has been in for many years around 2001 or so if I remember right.
Should get a boost from the things you mentioned but until it is able make some large cracks in Google's armor I wouldn't expect it to go anywhere. Not a bad stock but still probably better places to put your money. |

The time to own Microsoft was in the 80's. Back then, they were a growth company, but not anymore. Now they're just trying to maintain what market share they were able to achieve when they were a growth company.
Their battle with Google over search engine market share will fail. Their fight with Apple to gain share of the mp3 music/player market has failed. They do have Xbox going for them, but unfortunately, the revenue generated from their Xbox business is only a small blip on the radar that is Microsoft's overall revenue. |

Ya, MS is headed to doom on all fronts. Search engine and mp3 were wasted ventures. Their OS will only go downhill like their browser. Their only good product is xbox.
