Im not even kidding!
Someone with the right background. knowledge and money should start a company that buys unpaid debt (Good and confirmed unpaid B2B invoices etc etc) Right now they could make a fortune! I will be your first client should anyone take this on and i can GURANTEE you business every month! I am so fucking tired chasing money its not even funny anymore!

why not go to a regular collection agency? i have one client where I will try that if there will be no payment soon. and i can even do that from here when the client is in the US

Collection agencies which buy debts generally do so for 11 cents on the dollar or less.
As I recall, although it has been a long time since I worked in that field and I did not do so for long, some collection agencies work on retainer and/or commission as well.
