i m trying to call University of the Philippines, the numbers i got 928-7228 and 981-8500

i called it with adding country code 0063 but it didn't come thru, then My Gf asked for it and they said put 2 in front of the number after 0063

i did it, but i still can't access those numbers,

so how should i call it properly?

Whats 011 isn't Ph's country code 0063?

have you called other countries before ? maybe you need this service activated by your phone provider.

Yep i do very often, what i need to know is, a 7 digit number after +63 could be a complete number or not for a land line in Philippines?
