My wife needs to make a Remix of a 90's Song for her label, Any Recommendations?

We are trying to find a cool song from the 90's to do a cool upbeat dance remix. Anything come to mind you would like to hear remixed and on the Radio?

Spam away songs you use to love that you think would make a good remix.

Thanks.

90s, not 80 or I would have her do Spring Love from Stevie B.

What about one of the LaBouche songs?

I can put you in touch with the surviving member of that group (the female passed away in a plane crash almost 8 years ago to the day).

I do know that Stevie Nicks is into having her songs remixed -- she redid the vocals for Dreams for the Deep Dish remix.

Great choice right here. ISAAK, CHRIS - Wicked Game (91/6)
She can make a killer video to top that one as well.

Damn, that just brought back some memories. That would make great Rap Remix.
Good Pick.

I'm adding that to the list.

They have some great songs as well. Most of these artist do because once on the Radio, people go out and buy the originals. Then there are some that don't.

I'll go through some of their songs.

This would probably remix well. Is it from the late 90's or later, can't really recall.

Check through some of these, Dave!

http://hubpages.com/hub/Top-100-Songs-of-the-90s

Something like this IF DONE RIGHT would be cool ... change "she" to "he" and mess with some of the lyrics to reflect a chick talking about a dude

Another that could be interesting with the right singer and producer

Here's a chick song

Dave, what else is she singing?

Here ya go. My girl sings the first one and it is kinda hot.

Kylie Minogue In Your Eyes (after 2000 but sounds like 90s)

Or if she does not want to sing as much
The NightCrawlers Push the feeling on

She writes and sings her own songs as well, the label just wanted an old song remixed for some reason, maybe to get her on the dance billboards.

These are great, Thanks.

"I Can't Wait"

Or "Simply Irresistable" by Robert Palmer are two that I think would work very well for her

Thanks Dave but that is not my site. We just do some animal rescue work and Pet Finder is a place to direct people on the net. I took that pic of the dog in my avatar for a local German Shepherd rescue. Due to foreclosures these big gaurd dogs are being sent to the shelters at a much higher rate than small dogs because they often can not go to the new home.

Best wishes for your wife's album.
