Now that nominations for the 10th annual Cybersocket Web Awards have been announced, a lot of nominees have begun asking us about acceptable ways to promote themselves to potential voters. We thought all nominees would appreciate this information, so we?ve compiled our top ten suggestions.

The response from voters this year has been unprecedented. For the Surfers? Choice Awards, over 4,000 individual votes have already been cast and validated. It looks like the competition will be fierce this year, so now?s the time to promote yourself to everyone you know.

In addition to the tips below, there are a few simple rules you must follow.

You must send voters directly to the voting pages. Sending voters to our system any other way will not work.

One email address equals one vote.

All suspiciously high numbers of votes coming from the same IP address will be blocked.

How do i get off the cybersocket email list please i keep getting spammed by them but everytime i try removing my email address i just end up getting more spam from them
