can find the "tube tools" (for example flv videos) when creating a campaign / new code

btw, do free sign-ups mean the user had to confirm is credit card? or are "free" signups (that show up in stats) different from credit card confirm sign-ups?

free signup is free - no credit card needed. we pay $1 for this but we have been asked by affiliates who promote free ccard auth so we are responding to the demands.
