...with a clear set of questions, and the reply from the other party only answers 1 or 2 of them, completely ignoring the rest?

Plenty have lost mine. If the person on the other end is too lazy to answer my questions then why would I want to do biz with them? If they're lazy about a simple email it begs the question what else are they lazy about?
