Every recommendation you get will probably come with a few people who say they suck. Every registrar has its pros and cons.

I like namecheap.com, Danielles Parlour. It's better than registerfly.com in a sense that name servers are updated a lot faster. They can be updated within minutes sometimes. Other registars take longer than 24 hours to do that.
