La Nuit Américaine (aka Day for Night, 1973 Academy Award, Best Foreign Film)

A Man and A Woman (great soundtrack)

Finally, although it is set in Asia, the original Emmanuelle film starring Sylvia Kristel is one of my favorite erotic films of all time, with a great soundtrack as well
