Has some pretty good feedback.

Depending on what you need it for you could also consider having a custom player made. They are not that expensive to have done well as a lot of the required functions are built into the flash program.

IMHO flowplayer is the best hands down. Has features and plugins JW can't even dream about. Plus, it works better, faster and uses less resources

jw is good if you use 4.6 or later, jw is used by many and many custom players are based on jw

im sure flow is good too but when i tested both jw did better with wowza
