I need a good traffic tracker for my whole server - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm currently using StatCounter and it's not bad but I want to get my own traffic/click tracker that I can run on my dedicated server.

I want something I can either purchase or is free but is for for unlimited domains on one machine.

What do you recommend?

If you dont want to use Google Analytics (which I do, but sometimes wonder if its a good idea):

Well, after looking at some of what has been suggested I have figured out that what I'm really looking for is more link tracking than click tracking in that I want to be able to track how effective a particular advertising campaign is.

Are there any link tracking programs that work with CCBill?

Does the CCBill tracking program follow the entire path that a surfer follows through a tour or is it more limited?
