hate to say but its to get back into shape. ive already started doing bikram yoga every wednesday but i have to stick with it.

ps) i was able to keep last years resolution.

The "schedule" thing was "introduced" by my girl. But actually she is right.
This week we'll have 2 days of "no internet/work/phone or TV" just for an hour to start with.

I quit a couple of times over the years till it finally stuck. I do have the odd cigar every now and then, but have no desire to keep smoking
