Online payroll service in the US/CA?

I'm looking for an online payroll service like SurePayroll ( which I have right now and hate with all my heart ). Can someone recommend one?

I also use it to pay myself. They fucked up twice with IRS and I was charged hundreds of dollars in late fees and penalties. When I call or email them - they do not reply and when I confront them they said they'd start replying and still don't do it. I'm leaving them now before they fuck up anymore without any means of contacting them.

I was talking about payroll, not payout. Payroll is when you pay your employees and a service that does all the taxes, etc. for you.

Do they do all the tax filing and all IRS stuff for you?

How expensive are they compared to SurePayroll?
