I'd rather live in France than any of the other top 10. It has it's problems but parts of it are still truly amazing places to live.

I'd live in Provence anytime. I go there a lot and will be there in September again. The French know how to live. They eat well. They drink well. They party well. They dress well. The workers don't take shit.
