I just checked for you, and found out that Proffesional Traffic have approx 10k/day tranny traffic (look at Traffic by domain section). If you want to get banner clicks they are available at Proffesional Traffic

Another place to look for tranny traffic is Traffic holder. They have: 15k tube tranny traffic daily and 6k TGP traffic daily (look at BUYING TRAFFIC -> Domain and then search on page by keyword "tranny")

look at "Available spots / Buy" at Proffesional Traffic. Then type "tranny" to Search by domain input and press "Show" button. And you'll see 5 tranny sites selling ad spots. Click price starting from 1 cent per click. Check this out ;-)

Sent them an email, looks like it's most feeder type traffic but I'll wait till I hear back from them.
