WHAT?

it was and still is a great movie.

I had a friend in college who I now believe had a severe mental problem (at the time, i thought it was mild to moderate). He believed the Matrix was real! at first we used to just make fun of him, but one night on some shrooms he creeped me the hell out with his theories.

from then on we used to fuck with him. we would take nyquil and dimetapp capsules (teh red and green or whatever color ones) and put them in his room, pants pockets, whatever. also leave him notes and all sorts of crap. kind of feel bad now because i think we drove him off the edge.

Not exactly... but sorta. The CHAPTER he stored them in covered Nihilism but the book itself is titled "Simulacra and Simulation" which is a "philosophical treatise by Jean Baudrillard that discusses the interaction between reality, symbols and society."

the further you go into the series the more PVC you see until by the third movie it's just a fetish freaks dream. I like the chick in black though. Neo was getting some hot milf pussy.

Actually there is a whole sector of science dealing with the "Simulation Theory or Argument". I could go all day on this topic. Think about this.

When we travel to the sub-atomic level of matter we find ourselves faced with these crazy vibrating particles. They are the smallest particle found inside the atoms of everything. These particles are called quarks and the way in which they vibrate or behave determines the sort of matter that blossoms from it.

So what is a quark?

Well given the nature of observation and the consciousness of the individual mind a quark is nothing more than a biological holographic imaging device.

So who or what powers the quark?

Check out the book 'the holographic universe' by Michael Talbot, I think you will enjoy it.
