The thing about all of these threads is that typically people post the host they use, without having used a wide selection. This is fairly normal, too, as you find something you're happy with, and stay with them. However, it doesn't make for objective arguments.

that 99/month package is a virtual server, not a real dedicated server !

It also says: "root access: no"

Agreed, we have hosted with ISPrime and their network + support was some of the best we have had - however they couldn´t match prices (at that time, might have changed since), so we left them.

Today we have a good balance between network, support and price, but if we only had to choose on one of these areas, then I´m sure we could do better.
