I've lived in Costa Rica before, and I'm wondering what Panama is like.

Panama City is right on or near to the beach, right? What are broadband internet speeds like? How hard is it to get residency or is just the in and out every three months thing? Any comments?

Haven't been to Panama yet, but... how was Costa Rica? Why are you choosing to move from there?
