i avoid heavily packed areas and places with sick people often go, like the drug store or grocery store during the day. also kids and elderly are walking diseases, so I stay far away from toys R us and NPR radio

seriously tho, i make sure to keep up on vitamins and not to get to wasted all the time. make sure to wash my hands and try to keep up on sleep. if i feel like im getting sick, i hop on some more vitamin C and drink plenty of tea.

however, it seems like i always get sick at the end of the season tho, so im just waiting
