Easy fix. Smash your cock in a drawer a few times then get a plastic bag full of rock salt. Insert your dick into the rock salt and secure the bag tightly with a rubber band. Keep it there for 3 to 5 days.

My old friend Dank had the same issue often and this technique always cleared it up.
