This is the least I can do for these guys (and gal) over at Certified Hosting. I have been with them for a few months now, and this is all the honest-to-God's truth, no BS intended. They have always been extremely helpful to me and have solved every single one of my minor issues that either I have caused or something on one of my sites have caused. Specific issue: today I installed another Smart Thumbs inside a wordpress install, and I had problems before with the htaccess files needed to make the admin area password protected. When it was set up right, I would get a 404 when I should have been getting the admin page. I sent in an email, and a half hour later they replied with the issue fixed. Thank you, Todd.

Robert, you've been a major help to me as far as answering questions and helping me get things worked out inside my account, and I appreciate your patience as well.

Jeff, you know me by first name now and don't even use the cookie-cutter "How may I help you" line when I come onto support! That's awesome, because it makes me feel like you guys actually try to develop somewhat of a relationship with your clients. Excellent business practice.

And last, but definitely not least, Kacy. You've helped me figure out one of my largest issues that I still have yet to take care of, but you went out of your way to help get it figured out and that right there deserves some praise.

I love dealing with good people, and these guys have worked with me and made my choice to go with them for hosting, well worth the money I spent.
