![]() fucking cancer!
![]() Friday, we lost a colleague, a mentor, and a friend at FOX 10 News. Bruce Dunbar, a reporter here for 15 years before his retirement, died peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer. Bruce was 61, and during his 30-year career as a journalist, he reported on some of the biggest stories of our time. His broadcasting career began on a San Diego radio station, which took him to several cities in the Midwest and he eventually joined FOX 10 in 1995. Bruce won more Emmys than he had room to display, and was named Press Reporter of the Year 4 times. Last year, he was inducted into the Rocky Mountain Emmys Silver Circle for Outstanding Achievement in Television. Over the course of his career, Bruce interviewed presidents, traveled to war zones, and covered natural disasters. He also had a knack for getting killers to talk to him. FOX 10's John Hook has more on Bruce Dunbar's legacy.

RIP Bruce Dunbar.
After watching some news on TV lately, I can say that reporters are some of the most resourceful people out there. Fox, CNN, BBC - any station. I respect that profession. Otherwise, how would people know what is going on in the world?

Ahh that is sad. He was a good reporter. Dave Munsey has been on that station for 30 plus years.
