western union has its own reloadable card, it is only available in the us.

any prepaid visa cards (either reloadable or not) out there that can be used outside the US? looking to do test transactions on our sites and we process some volume offshort.

try intercash.com they are really specialized in outside the US and very strong in industries that are NOT mainstream ;)
