If you're hosting on managed, dedicated servers, or if you're just on dedicated and you want them managed, you really need to get in touch with NationalNet. You will quickly learn a new definition for 'service.' Turnaround on requests is lightening fast and we've never had a server/connection go down, for any reason. If you get in touch with Kevin or Sean, I'm sure that you can work out deals with them (as we did).

In short, we would never go with any other company for this type of hosting. And, if you give them a shot, we doubt that you'd ever work with anyone else again.

This is my verbal applause to a truly great company! They deserve, given everything that they've done for us since June, 2009.

We have never had to use the phone --- we submit a ticket and it's a couple of minutes to an 'I'm on this...' message. 5 minutes later, task complete.

Bump this up for NN ---- these guys deserve a public pat on the back.
