I got a question:

if a girl records herself stripping etc and I want to publish the video on my site, what sort of model release form is required? I'm not a producer, just a publisher so do I still need a copy of ID's etc or do I just need a signature where the girl swears she is 18 or older? Like, how do all ex gf sites etc operate that will take submissions from amateurs?

Don't know about gf sites. But you're gonna need a model release/2257 form and her id on file.

EDIT:
Unless you are a tube or torrent site of course. In that case you can just add an "Upload" button and create a user account and upload it.
