You have to help the little one.

What you do is you seperate them and each 2 hours you give a tits to another one. If you don't do that, its dead. It's not because she doesnt like it, it's normal, a dog has 8 tits, and the less power one is "rejected"

Honestly, the puppy probably already died or was much weaker than the others. Mama dog isn't a psychopath or anything. Our old vet said that if the puppy was weak then the mother would often eat it to reclaim the nutrients to pass on to the other puppies. Nature is a bitch sometimes.
