Ive just come across this site. I first cannot understand where it gets its figures, but secondly do not understand how the figures change everytime you refresh the page!

As you said - it's highly suspicious that the figures change every time on refresh. It's almost like they have a random number generator script which displays any old number and the whole thing is just a scam to get people visiting / using their site.
