well if you read into what he has proposed, he has given the green light to explore, not drill, may be years before they can drill. Also, he cut out california, with the economy of california in the shitter, that would have made enough to fix that.
So yes, good intentions, but fails to get anything done. I fear that was just a political move They already know where the oil is, exploring for it is a waste of time, they have known where the oil is for decades, ever been to Santa Barbara?

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |
