Do you mean double opt-in emails ? if so many programs will accept that type of mailing...if you mean harvested or random mailing "Spam" then you will not find many without searching hard ..( I know of none )

how many emails do you typically send out in one newsletter and what are your results, i.e. luck with not going into receivers spam box?
Have you ever been blacklisted using dada?

Try an search for bulk mass mailer on google or read this post i have done a couple of days ago (can't find him by now, search here on the board for newsletter tool). There are only a few programs out there doing the job fine like easy mass mailer.
Beware of getting black listed bei aol, yahoo, gmx... you need for 35k mails a single machine due to sending the newsletter out with a time schedule so you don't get blocked.

Never been blacklisted by any of those... always barracuda. Not speaking for OP but I need something to handle 200K growing and they should be out of this world killer if they are charging money for it.

I've been sending out 500 -700 emails. As far as I know I have not been blacklisted, but I have no experience with really large output.
