Tips on improving quality of lo-res camera phone pics in photoshop?
I have some interesting camera phone photos that I would like to improve the quality of. Thee are form an old phone so the quality is VGA quality. Any tips on improving the quality in photoshop?

Yes, I have had some good results enhancing them.
Here is an example. Before After I used the images you posted.
