How much trouble can you get into over a pic on your site?
I've heard few crazy stories, Thai laws are pretty rough... I wonder if the bitch can actually take me to court for posting such pics on a blog?
 What about homemade videos depicting hardcore fucking(not quite Max Hardcore stuff, but got some pretty nasty moments too)? Thanks in advamce  |

you can get in trouble if someone wants to cause you trouble, obscenity laws are not defined yet and open to interpretation.
A lawyer told me that text links are the safest way to go, and to set up an LLC just in case someone decides to sue you for some bs. |

It depends if it's you producing the content or user generated content. In the latter the DMCA applies... However if it's obscenity stuff and you know about and fail to take action, you'll end up with Max Hardcore...
