Yes he is. Today I also heard it's actually $21,700. But he's still not legally allowed to work because TLC won't allow him. She's alienated herself from her entire family and Jon's family. Neighbors of theirs also don't like her with one woman interviewed for a show once saying Kate is just a nasty person and even yells at people when she gets her morning coffee in town. All 8 children were not a natural child birth. Nothing wrong with that because many have fertility problems. But her family has even said after the 6 were born, she demanded and expected welfare.
