Where's the recycle bin in Windows 7?

I give up, I've been looking for the last 10 minutes. Can anybody tell me where to find the wretched thing?
thanks!

nope, that didn't do it ... I have windows 7 Starter edition in my new Dell mini, and those options are not available.

well maybe starter ed. doesn't supposed to have any desktop icons. check its features list
honestly, first time i'm hearing of win7 starter edition, but i don't know netbook market and their OS'es.
it is supports icons there to workaround i would create a shortcut to recycle bin from windows explorer

found it!
for other natural blondes like me, here it is:

Click the Start button , type desktop icons into the search box, and then click Show or hide common icons on the desktop.

In the Desktop Icon Settings dialog box, do one of the following:

To hide the Recycle Bin, clear the Recycle Bin check box.

To show the Recycle Bin, select the Recycle Bin check box.
