I was working on duping it for my own promotion but the code seems to be pretty complex and I was hoping to find someone with more coding knowledge then me to decipher/rip it for me. I am not looking to steal someones work/product. It is a simple geo based ad, it is not a script that is sold or anything. As comeplay mentioned, clones are produced for pretty much every site/script out there.
