CCBill Contact Question

How does the transfer of money work from client to CCBill and then to affiliates. Do you tell clients how much sales thier is and then they ACH you money? Do they have to have a "Bank" of funds or maintain a minimum balance? You then pay affiliates?

Please explain.

Thanks,

If I remember right, affiliates and/or program set the minimum pay out.

Once you hit that, you are cut a check or WIRE (weekly).

The money payable to affiliates never gets to the sponsor. CCBill divides it up. If a 50/50 split, for example, 50% goes to the sponsor, 50% goes to the affiliate. Of course, CCBill takes their cut off the top before anyone is paid.

This is why many people like working with CCBill. There's no such thing as a sponsor deciding not to pay you.

Interesting. CCBill owes me 2 months of sales and is telling me the client has not made enough funds available to pay me. I notified CC Bill 1 week ago today and getting the run around.

It is correct that we take the affiliate funds out of the sponsors accounts first, however if the client does not have enough to pay an affiliate then they will not be paid until there are enough funds on the sponsor account to do so. Saying CCBill owes you is not entirely correct as it is still the sponsors responsibility to pay their affiliates correctly. There could be a number of reasons that there is not enough funds on a sponsor account.

We have sent you an icq so we can get to the bottom of it.

if its PPS as you say then yes most likely you will have to wait for the Program owner to fund his account as CCBill isnt going to fund the loses in a PPS program.

if you sold 5 1 dollar trials for $20 PPS and that's all that is in the system there is a serious shortage of funds there until the program owner funds the account.
