Dating Gold has geo links where it even says the city name of the Internet surfer (I guess they can tell it by the ip address). Good luck with finding the info you need.

Matching IP's to a big database of cities AFAIK.
A while ago for shits and giggles I managed to find a downloadable database and got it to list a city for any IP thrown at it, it was pretty accurate, I've never seen a site or system that doesn't have it's own hiccups.. |
