Using a celebrity name in a domain name a big no no ?

Just wondering, had somewhat an edgy (mainstream) idea,

but I guess I'm gonna get my ass handed to me in no time if I use "celebrity name" in a domain name for a site, that's pushing a product that's directly related to the person?

As I thought :

An active and clearly non-commercial fan site may have rights and legitimate interests in the domain name that includes the complainant’s trademark. The site should be non-commercial and clearly distinctive from any official site.

I better use a plan B

That would be correct.
