I'll have Brad confirm whether the package price for hosting is the same for existing Mojo customers.

There's no setup fee for hosting unless you go with the Dell MD1000 and get the attached storage. Total startup cost for the CMS is a 1 time $500 setup fee and first month's payments but since you'd be converting from another CMS product I'll be happy to give you the first month free
