treat every customer the same weither they are a small account or a large one because as you help the little guys grow they will stay loyal to you and eventually become a large account (hopefully)....not saying you shouldnt give your larger or premium accounts little extra perks now again. Spread your customers. Don't rely too much on one big customer as when their business goes tits up so does yours. Losing 1/10 small customers hurts a lot less than losing 1/2 big ones.
