If it's mainstream, check out articles on flippa.com

Normally, valuation considers the following: current monthly revenue, how "hot" the niche is, sustainability, goodwill, search engine ranking for your niche, and other factors.

From what I've seen here and other adult forums, the multiplier used with monthly revenue is lower in adult than in mainstream

Traffic quantity and quality. Age of domain. PR of domain.

it's adult ;)
I'm ranked very high in SE's in my niche's top keywords, receiving thousands of visitors from google each day, how much does that worth? I mean how you set the price for this kind of things?

I'm not selling my site. it was just an example. if I wanted to sell my site believe me I would just post the url..... like mgtarheels said, it wasn't my question.
just wanted to know how prices are set, so chill

p.s., papill0n, as for your question, we turn those computers on with their button.

It depends on way too many factors to be summed up in a sentence or two bud.

Depending on the TYPE of site, 6-12 months revenue in this market. In a good market, you could get 18 for some sites. Revenue x months - expenses = asking price/BIN

Included in that factor (assuming you can back up numbers) is,.. length of time on revenue, traffic, referrals, domain, members, member retention, length of time remains a member, type of niche/traffic, serps, seo value, among other things. A blog will not command the same as a membership site for example.

All that aside, in the end it comes down to what you are willing to sell if for, and someone else is willing to pay for it.

Anytime someone asks for the current income from the site, I know they don't know shit about buying sites. The only factor that matters is the amount and origin of the traffic. If you tell me that, I know roughly what I can expect to make with the site. What they make with the site means nothing unless you're paying them to manage it for you.

None of that applies to a paysite obviously. ;)
