A way to block a local machine from reaching an IP address
What is the easiest way to block a local machine (windows xp) from reaching an IP address. I got some software that I want to stop from reaching one IP address, or block my computer from reaching this IP at all. If it was website address or url I would just put it in the hosts file but it's an IP address. Thx in advance for the suggestions.

lol... You've not read my post carefully I think. I've already written it doesn't work with hosts file because this is an IP address not url. I can't also block it with ZoneAlarm. ...but there must be some way :D
