From looking at the video it is hard to tell if he jumped or had a reaction to being tasered. I would say that if someone is on the edge of a cliff, maybe a taser is not the way to go if there is a risk of falling.

Just curious what would you have done in that situation? How do you disarm him while hes holding a sword? Get up close to try and wrestle it from him while risk falling yourself? Shoot him? Waste more of everyones time trying to talk down a murderer?
