One of the coordinates is wrong. The video shows: W 88.970963 but the narration says W 87.970963
I don't know which one is the correct coordinate, but I wanted to point that out.

Wasn't there a UFL study that shows there's a massive "invisible" oil leak in the Gulf as well? Very widely dispersed but enough to register in detection equipment...

This video is bullshit. What they found is a well known 6 year old problem that is almost entirely fixed. Nothingburger.
