Hi you krazy kidz, just wanted to introduce you to a newcomer to the industry "Evelin". Her shoot for Twistys was only her second "nude" photoshoot ever. Yea, she was a little nervous but that didn't last long. After the first set - she was excited and ready for more

Here's a few pics from one of our sets. This is a simple 2-light setup.

We have a few of those Biax's and we use daylight balanced bulbs... as well as tungsten balanced bulbs. It just depends on what effect we're looking for.

Thanks Jon! I've been shooting for 20+ years. Never really had an idea to get into this industry - just kinda fell in to it.

One thing that has helped me tremendously is working with assistants. I work with 3 of them now on just about every shoot. It takes 3 to produce the kind of work that I feel is above average and do it consistently.

If there are any shooters out there looking to progress with their work, get yourself a few assistants. The less time you spend moving your lighting around, running extension cords, setting up soft-boxes etc..etc..etc., the more time you can avail yourself to shooting good solid work. Hire as many as you can afford

I'm constantly surprised how many girls show up at our shoots with a bad nail job. So much so that....we recently put together a "nail kit" and I instructed my hair/makeup artist to pay closer attention to the girls nails (fingernails & toenails) and if they need work, pull out the kit and get it done
