What do you use for an online calendar?

I am looking for a site/software that will allow me to create an online calendar to schedule site maintenance, updates, etc. I need to be able to view it in real time via multiple accounts (so that my employees can login and check stats in real time). I have briefly looked around and found a few like www.cozi.com and www.famundo.com but was looking for some suggestions on what is the best for you guys. What do you suggest?

I've been using this, but it doesn't go beyond 2012 for some reason...

Does it allow multiple users to access the same calendar in real time?

Yes, you can invite others to share your Google Docs calendar, just like they can share a spreadsheet and other documents.

Google's cal, combined with BusySync (in conjunction with iCal) on Mac works well too, although I think iCal has the necessary built in things now that you probably don't need BusySync anymore.
