**** the lakers ****

Let's hear the shit talk now - East coasters...

I must say that was one of the nest games I have ever seen!

Congrats to LA - I knew I moved here for a reason

Well, it was a good game, but it was some pretty crappy shooting, especially at the line. It never should have been a four point game.

It was an amazingly good game when you consider how bad the shooting was and it was still fun to watch. You could tell they were worried about people bitching about the refs and decided to let the teams just beat the crap out of each other.

Still was a great game and both teams played great but I'm so glad the Lakers won, that loss would have been really hard to take.

The defense was really good on both teams and that limited the shooting too.

i'm not a bb expert so i am confused about it being a good game. how could it be so when the shooting was so bad? lakers were what 26% for most the game, primarily missed shots, not blocks.

i thought the whole series was not one of the best. not trying to stir up anything, just don't see it all as a good game.

was a good game, Celtics gave it away as they basically lead the majority of it but they kept fouling allowing the Fakers to chip in free throws with a stopped clock.

Crappy game in general, great fourth quarter and a great series. It was awesome that the rest of the team stepped up in the fourth to bring it home.

The celtics really made it a great series.

Worst game 7 of any sport I have witnessed. Both teams played like shit. If a team can shoot 26 or 27% in the first half and win it is not showing much about either team. Kobe played like shit, Pau could barely hit FTs. Artest played well for once. Ray Allen lost Bos the series no question about it. It was not exciting until the last minute when both teams actually started hitting 3s and even then it was interrupted by the usual 6 time outs and a couple replays. /rant

There is no defense at the free throw line. We should have won by a lot more.

Um not a joke.

I guess your post was a joke or is a 36 FG% good to you? Or was it his 55 FT% that was so good? Maybe it was his 10 PPG that makes him great. 4.6 boards per game? Do I need to go on why Ron Artest sucks? Really?

since the shot was partially blocked, should be a jump ball or no call

A good game to me is one that is very competitive, close score and fun to watch. Sometimes you have blowouts that are entertaining sometimes you have a defensive battle like this without a lot of scoring that is still fun to watch. When I see two teams that want to win that bad going at it like they did there is really nothing better.

I was there and had a fantastic seat. Nerves were high, 4th quarter was great. What more can you ask for than being tied at 64 with 7 minutes left in a game 7 of the finals. Coulda gone either way. Gasol was HUGE last few minutes.

Agreed. That was some of the best basketball I've seen in a minute. My team is the Lakers win or lose but Boston kept firing back. The Finals this year were legendary.

disgusting game, pathetic basketball, poor officiating accentuated with the fact whiny bitches like derek fisher and a lowlife turds like ron artest and lamar scrotum (with the heinous cow/wife) win a title vs greats like garnett, paul pierce and rajon rondo. dissapointed with ray allen, he couldnt hit a shot.

However, the laker fans behavior last night pretty much solidified why just about anyone outside of LA hates that team.
