OK, not industry related so forgive me please, but major opportunity is showing itself.

My mainstream company is looking for a contact in the europe, canada, mexico.
I own a national business brokerage and we have been getting leads for people wanting to buy and sell businesses in just about every european country as well as canada and Mexico.

Since we have no contacts in those areas, i'm willing to give "the right person" a franchise branch office (a $22K value in the US). There's no cost at all, you get a company email address and access to our MLS system set up for your branch, All you are really doing is introducing the parties, my VP of sales will always help. You just have to be halfway responsive if a lead comes in. I'll even give you free access to our online training program if you want to learn brokering and take it really seriousely ($200 normally) Average commission if you close a deal is $30K but I've seen $200k commissions go out (I'll pay out 80%!).

It's not my nature to watch business just go down the tubes, so that's why i'm doing this. once I have a few international branch offices set up, then we'll make new ones pay the fees, but you are exempt.
